By downloading, installing, or using Mind Well ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Mind Well ("we," "us," or "our").

Mind Well is a mental health and wellness application that provides:

• Mood tracking and emotional awareness tools
• Gratitude journaling features
• Habit building and tracking capabilities
• Guided meditation and breathing exercises
• Personal wellness insights and analytics

Important: All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal information or wellness data.

Local Storage: All your personal data is stored exclusively on your device. This means:

• You are responsible for backing up your data
• Data will be lost if you delete the app without exporting
• Data will be lost if your device is lost, stolen, or damaged
• We cannot recover your data if it's lost

Data Export: Use the app's export feature to back up your data before switching devices or deleting the app.

Freemium Model: Mind Well offers both free and premium features.

Free Trial:

• 3-day free trial with access to all premium features
• No payment required during trial period
• After trial ends, subscription is required to continue using premium features

Subscription Pricing:

• Monthly subscription: $4.99 USD
• Annual subscription: $39.99 USD (save over 30%)
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your Apple ID settings

Free Features (Without Subscription):

• Basic mood tracking (Moods feature only)

Premium Subscription Features:

• Unlimited mood history and insights
• Advanced gratitude features
• Unlimited habit tracking
• Full guided meditation library
• Advanced analytics and insights

Payment and Cancellation:

• All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
• Billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple according to their terms and conditions
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal wellness purposes only
• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Keep your device secure and protected
• Back up your data regularly using the export feature
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not use the app for any illegal or harmful purposes

Mind Well and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your personal data stored in the app. We do not claim ownership of your wellness information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any data loss due to device issues
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on app insights
• We do not guarantee the app will meet all your wellness needs
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app

Your privacy is paramount to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

We may update the app from time to time to:

• Providing notice through the app if necessary

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
